Alpe Adria Tour 2025 – English

PARTICIPATION

The ALPE ADRIA TOUR (AAT) 2025 is a cycling circuit of Medio Fondo (Medium route) and Gran Fondo (Long route), reserved for all the cycling amateurs who are regularly registered.

The sporting events are open to everyone who is registered with ACSI, UCI, FCI and Sports Promotion Entities and holds a sports medical fitness eligibility for competitive cycling for the year 2025. Foreign people, who are not in possession of the UCI licenses, must show, before the start of the race, a medical certificate that states the eligibility of participation in the sporting events of competitive cycling (please refer to the regulations of each sporting event to know how to register and the insurance coverage). Athletes under the age of 19 and over the age of 65 for men, and 55 for women, can only participate to the Medium route (MF).

The FCI agonists (Elite and Under 23) can only participate with a written invite from the organizers of each individual manifestation, and they will not be considered in the final ranking.

Athletes registered for other sports disciplines cannot participate in the circuit: the membership card must refer to cycling activities.

MEMBERSHIPS

ALL Inclusive package

Includes participation in all the races in the circuit.

AAT Only package

Includes access to the merit grid, a participation gadget and access to the final ranking.

REGISTRATIONS FEE

ALL Inclusive package     160.00 €

Only AAT package              20.00 € (registration to each individual cycling race will be handled by the respective organizing Amateur Sports Assosiation and the participant will individually take care of their registration)

SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR TEAM REGISTRATIONS.
(Amateur Sports Associations/TEAM)

For each Amateur Sports Association/Team that registers their team consisting of at least 10 participants, the 10th person’s fee is free (the team’s registration is made via the dedicated paper form, the payment of the fee is made via a bank transfer).

CALENDAR

The races of the circuit involve two routes, a Long route (GF) and a Medium route (MF), or an individual route valid for both rankings (MF-GF).

IMPORTANT: in the registration the athlete has to indicate the chosen circuit (GF-Long route or MF-Medium route).

STARTING GRID

All the people registered to the circuit will be granted with reserved grids, that can be concurrent with other circuits.

All the participants to the circuit will use the dorsal number assigned basing on the regulations of each sporting event.

RANKINGS

To access the final ranking the member must take part in at least 3 of the 5 races of the chosen circuit (MF or GF).

A BONUS of -10 points will be assigned to those who take part in 4 races and a BONUS of -20 points to those who will participate in all 5 races.

Points will be assigned basing on the placement in the overall ranking (MF or GF) of the various races, the first place will be given one point, the second place two points and so on… The winner of the rankings is the person with the least amount of points.  

AWARDS

The circuit awarding will happen by October 2025.

The first three places of each category for both circuits (MF-GF) will be awarded with a plaque or a trophy.

Also, the first three Amateur Sports Associations for number of participants to both circuits (MF-GF) will be awarded with food baskets.

Other potential awards will be comunicated by the organizing committee during the course of the year.

All people registered to the circuit will receive a participation gadget.

Provisional rankings will be published on the website www.helphaiti.it

Any complaints will be welcomed within 5 days from the publishing of the rankings and sent to the e-mail address granfondodeitemplari@gmail.com.
